The Shane's Story

Former Sonoma County foster youth Luke Fleming and Will Carlson are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of their new business, Shanes Coffee! Shane's mission is simple: To provide exceptional coffee and create meaningful opportunities. Luke and Will noticed a significant lack of training and job prospects in Sonoma County for foster youth, disabled individuals, and those with mental illness, and they decided to take action. Shanes will provide vocational training, help with resume building and skill development, and offer long-term employment to those who are ready to take the next step toward independence. Shanes is expected to launch in Summer 2025 and is currently in the process of securing funding and community support.
